How to Order Private Label
If you're ready to order, please contact us by e-mail, phone, or WhatsApp. We'll submit a formal quotation for your reference to issue a Purchase Order to us.Long term contract agreements to secure the price are welcome
General Terms and Conditions
Please read the following general terms and conditions. Some special requirements can be discussed upon mutual agreement.- Delivery time: In general, we deliver 4 weeks after order confirmation
- Order quantity: There's no minimum order quantity, but to make shipping cost more efficient, we suggest to order at least one full container load (FCL) in 20ft container, which we can load up to 10,000 kg net
- Packaging: We pack the VCO product according to buyer's requirement. The packaging is printed with buyer's own brand and label accordingly. If you don't have artwork for your brand, our graphic designer will be happy to help you in designing your brand for free of charge. Please note that we, as the manufacturer, is not responsible for any legal issue regarding trademark of your own brand.
- Pre-shipment inspection: Before loading into a container, an independent surveyor will inspect the product and analyze it at an accredited laboratory to check the quality. All batches must be compliance with Indonesian Standard Quality for VCO (SNI 7381:2008)
- Payment method: We prefer payment by Bank Wire Transfer with 40% amount should be paid in advanced and 60% balance shall be paid against scanned copy of Bill of Lading (B/L). Original B/L will be sent once balance payment is cleared. We will consider any other payment options such as Letter of Credit (L/C) or Cash Against Documents (CAD).
